All sales are subject to the following
terms and conditions.
Trailer Parts of Texas, Inc. acceptance of any order for goods is
expressly made conditional on purchaser's assent to these terms
and conditions.
All prices, quotations, shipments and deliveries are F.O.B.
Trailer Parts of Texas, Inc., Dallas, TX. All shipments are bulk packed.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All shipments shall
be invoiced at the prices in effect at time of shipment.
All shipments are made F.O.B., Dallas, TX. In the event of
in transit loss or damage, it will be the purchaser's responsibility
to file claims directly with the carrier. Customers may pick up their
own orders provided they do so within ten (10) days of the date they
are notified of the availability of parts. We reserve the right to
ship without further notification anytime after the ten (10) day
period.
Purchaser is to furnish Trailer Parts of Texas, Inc. with a credit
application with the first purchase order. This application must be
completed and signed by an authorized representative of the company.
All invoices are due net 30 days from the date of shipment. Any
invoices extending past due are subject to late charges. All invoices
to be paid in Denton County, The Colony, TX.
Customers must furnish Trailer Parts of Texas, Inc. with a current
tax exemption certificate. All invoices not covered by exemption
certificates will be taxed according to laws governing the State of
Texas at the time of invoicing.
